The Power Maxed TAG Racing Vauxhall Astra of multiple race-winner Josh Cook will appear at the Goodwood Festival of Speed next weekend. The Bath-based touring car ace will take to the world-famous hill climb on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, alongside historic and current motorsport stalwarts such as McLaren, Bentley and Ferrari.

CookPower Maxed TAG Racing came to Croft still very much in the title hunt but on the back of a challenging weekend at Oulton Park, where success ballast and a couple of unfortunate incidents masked the continued competitiveness of the PMR prepared Vauxhall Astra.

“You can’t win everything.”

Words that have been uttered for as long as man has been competitive. And especially fitting for the weekend Power Maxed TAG Racing had at Oulton Park.

Josh Cook

Power Maxed TAG Racing came to Oulton Park on the crest of a wave, with Josh Cook just a point off the lead of the Drivers’ Championship and the Team leading both the Manufacturers and Teams Championships.

Senna ProctorThere aren’t many places in the country that would tolerate the closure of an entire city centre for a whole weekend to play host to the whims of a few petrolheads, let alone encourage it. Coventry has always been a city that defies conventions, and the annual MotoFest is something that has grown inexorably since its inception in 2014.
